Joseph Mohler is Of Counsel with Marcavage Law. His practice focuses on real estate transactions and disputes and general litigation.
Joe focuses his practice on real estate law, representing individuals, property owners, landlords, tenants, and businesses in a broad range of real estate transactions and disputes.
His practice includes residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters, lease negotiations and disputes, real estate purchase and sale agreements, breach of contract claims, property ownership disputes, and other issues involving real property. He also assists clients with matters involving easements, boundary disputes, title issues, and the enforcement of contractual and property rights.
With experience in both transactional matters and litigation, Joe takes a practical, results-oriented approach to resolving real estate issues. Whether helping clients navigate a transaction, address a disagreement before litigation, or pursue or defend claims in court, they focus on protecting their clients’ interests while identifying efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. His practice focuses on real estate law, where he draws on his business background and pre-law experience to provide clients with pragmatic, detail-oriented representation.
Outside of his legal practice, Joseph serves on the Parish Council at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He has also written opinion pieces published in the LNP (Lancaster) newspaper. In his free time, he enjoys baseball—particularly cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies—and hiking, with a special appreciation for the Swiss Alps.
